This vacancy is addressed to junior associates with 1-4 years of practice in the field of real property or 2-4 years of in the field of civil law.
Your daily practice will include among others property conveyance for private clients and businesses, preliminary contracts, contingency agreements, civil, commercial and financial leases, cadaster issues, property inheritance, urban planning legal issues, juridical claim of real rights, differences between co-owners, property confiscations and auctions.
You will also be called to handle every relevant issue holistically and therefore also from a tax focused point of view. Indicatively you should be able to consult on residence for tax purposes, issuance of residence permits, property income taxation, unified property tax (ENFIA), conveyance and special property taxes such as municipal and real property fees.
You will be committed to personal contact with our clients, and you should be able to gain their respect. Therefore, you will be expected to be up to date with the relevant legislation, daily procedures and practical issues which may arise.
