This vacancy is addressed to junior associates with 2-5 years of practice in the field of family law or 3-5 years practice in civil or criminal law.
Your daily practice will include among others representing the client before courts and consulting about divorce, custody, communication between children and parents, child support and alimony, domestic violence cases, paternity recognition, judicial guardianship. You will also deal with citizenship, naturalization issues and residence permits for work or family reunion, as well as acknowledgments of foreign juridical decisions in Greece.
You will be committed to personal contact with our clients, and you should be able to understand their needs and gain their respect. Therefore, you will be expected to be familiar and up to date with the relevant daily practical issues, as well as the mediation procedure.
