This vacancy is addressed to junior associates with 2-4 years of practice in the field of employment or social security law. Your daily practice will include among others handling employment and social security cases before civil and administrative Courts, confronting complex and new employment legal issues, advising about social security of entrepreneurs and shareholders, managing administrative employment fees, pension procedures and raising claims against employers.
You will be committed to personal contact with our clients, and you should be able to gain their respect. Therefore, you will be expected to be familiar and up to date with the relevant employment and social security legislation and jurisprudence, as well as the daily procedures and practical issues which may occur.
