This vacancy is addressed to junior associates with 3-5 years of practice in the field of commercial law. You will have the chance to deal with various aspects of commercial law from the point of view of the entrepreneur who is established in Greece but bestirs himself globally.
Your daily practice will include among others matters on cogitating and reframing the corporate form, handling the relevant tax issues, fortifying intellectual property rights, composing business contracts, complying businesses with the legislation for internal market, managing business’s real estate legal issues and raising claims before Courts.
