Our firm is looking for a front-desk administrative assistant who will be expected to complete the following tasks:
- Welcoming clients and visitors
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Answering and distributing phone calls, collecting messages
- Sorting incoming mail and packages, arranging outgoing mail with postal or courier services.
- Typing correspondence, meeting notes, and forms.
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Maintaining and organizing the physical and digital library
- Invoicing and basic accounting duties
